An Indian Restaurant located in the very centre of Sligo Town having consistently won many awards including the Bridgestone Guide 2006 Award for the best Indian food. The Poppadom chefs have a stated policy of not using ‘off-the-shelf’ concoctions, additives, preservatives or food colourings. They use home-ground, freshly prepared spices and locally sourced ingredients to produce classic Indian cuisine.
